Along with a wide range of available products including Forex, Cryptos, Indices, Shares, and Commodity CFDs, our client also provides excellent learning resources and market analysis, superfast execution, competitive leverage, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Introduce the company's products to clients through online and offline channels.
  2. Provide excellent service and communication skills with all leads and customers.
  3. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
  4. Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers through social media, referrals, websites, previous contacts, etc.
  5. Understand financial markets to excite potential clients about market movements.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  8. Handle the complete sales process from lead conversion to account management.
  9. Call prospective clients to promote our products and services to reach monthly account opening and turnover targets.
  10. Educate leads and clients on how to use our trading platforms.
  11. Make reactivation calls to clients who have not traded for a long period.
  12. Nurture relationships with business partners such as educators or signal providers.
  13. Work with marketing teams to create engaging content to aid acquisition and retention.
  14. Always adhere to compliance policies.
  15. Perform any other duties reasonably required for the role.
Education and Experience

0-1 year experience in sales, with consideration also given to customer service experience. 1 year of experience in a similar stock broking, CFD, or Forex sales position is preferable.

Skills and Behaviours
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum education: Diploma.
  • Proficiency in both English and local language: Thai/Vietnamese required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and well-organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Good understanding of working within a regulated environment.
  • Target driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Interest in and understanding of financial markets and trading.
  • Ability to work flexibly during busier periods.
