Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Member to assist the Store Manager in day-to-day outlet operations in Shah Alam. You will manage cash processes, handle daily reports, and support promotions while ensuring customer satisfaction and store presentation.

The role includes supervising staff, driving sales growth, and maintaining tidy, well merchandised displays. Malaysian nationals who can work shifts and weekends are encouraged to apply.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
