Coordinate Retail Specialist-led inspections for new displays and process-related costs at the end of each month.
Address store display maintenance needs promptly by notifying the advertising company.
Monitor material inventory across branches and ensure timely distribution of products, event materials, and promotional items (e.g., free gifts) within two days.
Inspect store visit quality, update store information, and record new store entries.
Collect and summarize store visit reports, rectifications, and training completion status.
Review weekly performance indicators, assign tasks, and follow up on unresolved issues.
Consolidate reports from different regions by sales channel for analysis and improvement.
Generate monthly store audit reports, highlight outstanding store performances, and outline key objectives for the upcoming month.
Send reminders to Product Managers and Sales teams regarding unresolved display issues.
Liaise with advertising agencies for quotations and coordinate with Sales team to arrange display setups, store visits, and Promotor staffing.
Compile store visit reports and provide a monthly summary of training and roadshow event completions.
Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage store-related audits efficiently.
Experience in retail operations, store support, or roadshows and campaign coordination is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools.
