About the Role

As a Retail Executive, you will support the Field Force (FF) Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring that field teams deliver strong performance in line with company KPIs. This role involves close coordination with field force agencies, recruitment, and performance monitoring. It is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on retail operations, people management, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the FF Manager in managing day-to-day retail field force execution to achieve sales and retail compliance KPIs;
• Handle communication and coordination with field force agencies;
• Monitor and follow up on agency KPIs to ensure expected performance is delivered;
• Take the lead in field force team recruitment and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• Interest in retail operations and frontline sales execution;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and responsible attitude;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Willingness to travel or conduct field visits if needed;
• Internship or project experience in retail, sales, or agency coordination is a plus.
