Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist customers with parcel drop-offs, pick-ups, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Parcel Management: Ensure accurate scanning, tagging, and tracking of incoming and outgoing parcels.
- Cash Handling & POS Operations: Manage payments for parcel services, issue receipts, and reconcile transactions at the end of the day.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized parcel collection area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, coordinating with logistics partners for resolutions.
- Reporting & Inventory: Keep records of daily parcel transactions, report discrepancies, and manage stock levels of packaging materials.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company policies and ensure parcels are handled following standard safety and security procedures.
Requirements
