A leading company in kitchenware is looking for a Retail Executive to support daily store operations. Responsibilities include customer service, stock management, and ensuring attractive product displays. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in retail, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Assist in daily retail store operations, including customer service, cashiering, and stock management.
Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and updated according to promotions and stock availability.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock count activities.
Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge of retail trends and customer behavior.
