Support the acquisition process and branch integration activities.
Help manage inventory audits, stock accuracy, and expiry management.
Assist with reorganizing store layouts and completing inventory documentation.
Aid in setup tasks similar to new openings, such as database setup and petty cash management.
Monitor integration progress to keep transitions on schedule.
Communicate closure plans and support coordination of closure-related tasks.
Assist with preparing and managing necessary documentation.
Support renovation coordination and minimize disruptions.
Help with product arrangement, gondola labeling, and inventory monitoring.
Assist in licensing and regulatory inspections post-renovation.
Participate in branch audits to assess operations, customer service, and presentation.
Complete audit checklists, gather data, and assist in report preparation.
Track and record outstation travel expenses accurately.
Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Office Management, or equivalent.
Must have strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
