Job description

Understand and deliver attentive and professional service to customers.

Assess urgency of walk-in visitors.

Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and customer care, including handling registration, scheduling of appointments, maintaining accurate customer records, and cashiering.

Manage customers’ appointments and follow up with customers regarding their treatments, reminding them of upcoming treatments.

Schedule appointments for customers and keep track of their appointments, treatments, and payments.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries by providing relevant product and service information.

Follow through on customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring all are handled promptly and professionally.

Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.

Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational duties such as opening and closing the spa.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
