You will manage the cash register, monitor stock, clean and maintain counter area, check equipment daily, and report issues. Shift work, weekends, and public holidays are required, with attractive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
• Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
