You're a natural leader, a motivator, and always up for a challenge. Nike is seeking a part-time retail associate (16h/week) to join our team at Nike JPO (Johor Premium Outlets).

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world-class service to customers using the four service principles:

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You should be passionate about Nike products and eager to learn all store roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assisting in daily retail operations, developing positive relationships with customers and teammates, and actively participating in store events. Flexibility in working hours and knowledge of various store functions, including operating the cash register, shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual displays, are essential.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School diploma or currently pursuing one
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and customer service skills
• Preferred: One or more years of retail or customer service experience
