As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world-class service to customers using the four service principles:

1. KNOW: Build an authentic connection with consumers by getting to know them to guide their journey.
2. EQUIP: Equip consumers through product and service knowledge and expertise.
3. ENGAGE: Connect with consumers by inviting them to engage with Nike.
4. INSPIRE: Create an emotional connection between the consumer and Nike to inspire.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you should have a passion for Nike products and services. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn all store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent service, assisting in daily retail operations, developing positive relationships with customers and teammates, and supporting store events. Flexibility to work varied hours and knowledge of store departments are essential. You will also operate cash registers, handle shipping and receiving, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and assist with visual displays as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Must have or be pursuing a High School diploma
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written English
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork skills and customer service experience (preferred)
