The Retail Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service, emphasizing brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.

Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products.

Outfit customers by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on their individual style.

Remain knowledgeable about products to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.

Handle merchandise efficiently and effectively, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization, and replenishment, while maintaining backroom standards.

Are you the right person we are looking for:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.

Able to communicate in local dialects is an advantage.

At least one year of experience in retail industry.

Preferably with experience in sports retail.

Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Sales-oriented with good communication skills.

Good working attitude, responsibility, and punctuality.
