Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Valiram Group, is expanding its Malaysia and Singapore stores. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate who will represent our brands with a professional, customer-oriented approach and drive sales across our premium fashion offerings.

The role requires comfort with retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and English proficiency. Join a growing specialist retailer with close to 50 stores.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and maintain a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging when needed.
• Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for stores.

As a subsidiary of Valiram Group, Anaika Collections is a fashion-forward company with exclusive retail rights to operate stores for famous and emerging brand names such as Charles & Keith and Pedro. We have a large presence in Malaysia and Singapore with continuous expansion plans, and currently operate close to 50 stores in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

About you

Passion for selling

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends and Public Holidays)

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field

Required language: English
