Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. Perform cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock, and replenish as necessary.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance with products. Be our product specialist.
• Follow the company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check with a superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items' selling points and challenges, and propose ideas to improve customer buying.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player, and respect each other's space.

Job Requirements

• Open to diploma graduates and above or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good understanding of UNIQLO and LifeWear.
• Passionate about fashion, retail, and enjoy serving customers.
