What's the role?

We are looking for a Retail Associate as our brand ambassador to build meaningful relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will represent the brand by providing support from the moment customers enter until they leave the store. You will inspire others through connection and education, be customer-focused, and passionate about our products. Your goal is to spread happiness as the face of our brand and a champion of our mission and values.

What will you do?
  • Introduce and educate customers about our brand values and products
  • Deliver a memorable experience to each customer in a uniquely ana tomy way
  • Maintain product knowledge and assist in customizing products
  • Assemble personalized products with quality craftsmanship
  • Manage store pick-up orders ensuring timely delivery
  • Handle requests related to orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Observe quality control for personalized orders
  • Work with the e-commerce team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and logistics
  • Manage stock levels and organize supplies
  • Accurately record data in systems and spreadsheets
  • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Show up on time with a positive attitude
  • Restock the sales floor as needed
  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma; degree is a plus
  • Warm, energetic, and sincere communication skills
  • Interest in engaging with customers and building relationships (bilingual preferred)
  • Ability to learn and sell specialized products
  • Passion for handcrafted, quality products
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and motivated self-starter
  • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
