As a sales professional, knowledge of the sales process is crucial — prospecting, qualifying, selling, overcoming objections, closing the deal and follow up. Responsibilities

• Provide service, product knowledge and expertise to customers.
• Sell musical instruments and related products.
• Participate in sales and marketing events, roadshows, etc., as required.
• Accomplish daily retail showroom tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to play an instrument (guitar or bass preferably). In-depth knowledge of various musical instruments is an advantage.
• Strong presentation skills, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Excellent customer service and sales orientation.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Computer literate with knowledge of basic office software.
• Physically fit.
• Able to start working immediately.
