Job Responsibility

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge and passion for the products and services offered.
  • Meet personal sales targets and contribute to achieving the overall outlet sales goals.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries and recommending relevant products and services based on customer needs.
  • Support the implementation of effective customer service channels and solutions to address customer concerns.
  • Execute outlet promotions effectively to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze their needs to suggest new products or services to management.
  • Prepare sales and service reports as requested by the outlet manager.
  • Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, as well as stock-taking in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in ad-hoc roadshows and events to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet and ensure retail fixtures and demo units are displayed properly.
  • Contribute to the teamâs success by accomplishing other related tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level: SPM.
  • Ideally, 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
