Job description

Retail Assistant @ Taman Nusantara, Johor Bahru

• Support day-to-day business operations of the retail store to meet sales targets/KPIs in line with business objectives.
• Perform cashiering functions by balancing cash registers for product purchases.
• Recommend and promote products or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.
• Replenish out-of-stock display items and assist in ad-hoc/periodic stock-take or stock count exercises.
• Maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, customers, and pets.
• Perform any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.
