Health Lane Family Pharmacy is expanding its retail team in Kuala Lumpur. We are seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to engage customers, manage stock, and boost sales in a dynamic store environment.

You will handle cashiering, merchandising, and daily admin tasks while maintaining a welcoming shopping atmosphere. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is a plus as we provide training and career advancement opportunities.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with enquiries.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.

Job description

• Provide good customers service to customers
• Willing to interacts with customer and answer customer enquiry
• Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well-organized display
• Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
