Health Lane Family Pharmacy is a growing retail pharmacy with over 30 years of experience and more than 250 outlets across Klang Valley and beyond. We are seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to assist customers, manage stock, and boost sales in a dynamic outlet.

You will handle cashiering, answer enquiries, maintain an organized display, and support merchandising while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate applicants welcomed.
• Experience in retail or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Interact with customers and answer enquiries.
• Cashiering and handling payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet.
• Handle administration tasks and ad hoc duties.

• Provide good customers service to customers
• Willing to interacts with customer and answer customer enquiry
• Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well-organized display
• Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
