Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, answer inquiries, handle transactions, and assist shoppers in a busy health-and-beauty retail environment.

You will support stock control, merchandising, and store presentation, maintain clean displays, assist in receiving shipments, and perform administrative tasks as needed to keep the outlet running smoothly and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Related experience is an advantage.
• Willing to interact with customers and answer inquiries.
• Assist in daily admin tasks and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process transactions to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Manage inventory and support stock level control.
• Help with product merchandising and attractive displays.
• Maintain a clean, tidy outlet and pleasant shopping environment.
• Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer and answer customer enquiry

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well-organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
