Health Lane Family Pharmacy is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant in Johor Bahru to assist customers, manage inventory and boost sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with related experience will be advantageous. Training and opportunities for growth are provided as part of our expanding chain across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle cashiering and process cash and card payments
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels
• Maintain a pleasant store environment with clean, tidy displays
• Handle administration tasks and ad hoc duties as needed

Job description

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer and answer customer enquiry

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well-organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
