Retail Assistant @ Publika Gallery Shopping Mall

• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store to meet sales targets/KPIs in line with business objectives.
• Perform cashiering functions, ensuring accurate transactions and balanced cash registers.
• Recommend and promote products or PLC membership sign-ups/renewals to meet customer needs.
• Replenish out-of-stock display items and assist in ad-hoc or periodic stock-take/count exercises.
• Maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, customers, and pets.
• Adhere to all retail SOPs, including COVID-19 protocols, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform any other daily operational duties as assigned by the store supervisor or person in charge.

Requirements:

• Hardworking individuals with a pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation in sales are added advantages.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work at Publika Gallery Shopping Mall.
• Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,300 per month (Gross)
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to RM600 for the first 7 months of service
• Comprehensive sales and product training
