Retail Assistant Managers / Head of Department (Electrical Division)

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for the effective supervision of a team of Sales Consultants in achieving set targets.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure it is clean and debris-free before opening.
• Provide professional assistance to all customers, including product briefings and demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction and high sales success.
• Monitor stock levels, record all stock movements accurately, and manage incoming and outgoing stock.
• Prepare showroom materials and merchandise, ensuring all items are correct and well-presented.
• Ensure product demos are functional and available for customer use.
• Train new hires and update staff training on new products and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Assist the Head of Department in managing the department, including backroom and sales floor management.
• Oversee and supervise sales personnel, merchandise, and sales floor areas to meet sales targets.
