Job description

• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store as a customer service representative, ensuring sales targets/KPIs are met in line with business objectives.
• Recommend and promote products or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.
• Assist in replenishing out-of-stock items on display and participate in ad-hoc or periodic stock-taking/count exercises.
• Maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, customers, and pets.
• Perform any other daily operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Hardworking individuals with a mature and pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and self-motivation in sales are added advantages.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work in the KL area.
• Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,300 per month (Gross)
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to RM600 for the first 7 months of service
