We are seeking a Japanese Speaker to support the merchandising operations of a Pre-Loved Luxury Retail Company located in the heart of Bukit Bintang! They have a long history since 1947 and has overseas presence in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand etc.

If you are interested in luxury fashion, bags, watches, and jewelry, this is a great opportunity to get to handle various brands and products. NO working experience needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers upon arrival
• Answer phone inquiries regarding items, purchasing criteria, and available services
• Handle product inspection carefully, verifying brand authenticity, overall condition, and completeness of accessories
• Take picture of product and post images on social media (Instagram, Facebook)
• Provide basic interpretation between Japanese and local customers or staff
• Assist Japanese managers or visitors during meetings, calls, or daily communication
• Assist with translating simple documents, messages, or instructions from Japanese to English/Malay and vice versa.

Job Requirements

• Education Certification from Diploma or higher
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Interest in luxury brands (Hermès, GUCCI, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Rolex etc.)
