Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
Taking order and process payments accurately. Responsible for stock count & system maintenance as well.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:
No prior experience required; fresh graduate from spm are welcome*
Basic communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Responsible and punctual
