· Assist walk-in and online customers with product inquiries, purchases, and donation-related questions in a friendly and helpful manner.

· Engage with donors by receiving items courteously, explaining the impact of their contribution, and encouraging future support.

2. Donations & Inventory Management

· Receive, inspect, clean, and sort, donated goods where necessary to meet store quality standards that are suitable for resale.

· Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and flag items for restocking, clearance, or removal as needed.

3. Retail Operations

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space, including the storeroom and all product displays.

· Handle daily cash transactions accurately, perform end-of-day cashier balancing, and ensure secure handling of funds.

· Arrange merchandise attractively to support themed displays, seasonal promotions, or fundraising campaigns

· Support outdoor promotions, fairs, and charity sales events, including setup and on-site assistance.

5. Reporting & Improvement

· Provide feedback or basic reporting on sales trends, popular items, or customer feedback to support store improvements.

· To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or designated personnel in support of the store’s operations and charitable objectives.

Job Specification
· Minimum Diploma

· Preferable with 2-3 years of working experience in retail industry

· Possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and POS system

· Able to work shift, weekend and public holiday

· Good working attitude with pleasant personality

· Good communication and customer service skill
