Job description

Retail Assistant @ Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Kajang

• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales targets/KPIs in line with business objectives.
• Recommend and promote products or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.
• Replenish out-of-stock items on display and assist in ad-hoc or periodic stock-taking and stock count exercises.
• Maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, customers, and pets.
• Perform any other daily operational duties as assigned by the person in charge/supervisor.
