Job summary

Ample Couture Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant to greet customers, assist with fitting, sizes, and product information, and provide warm, personalized service.

You will help with stock receiving, tagging, stock counts, and maintaining a clean store environment, contributing to daily operations and a positive shopping experience.

This role offers flexible hours in a fast-growing fashion and beauty brand serving online and in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and assist customers' enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with fitting, product selection, sizing, and other general product information.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and elevate issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and presentable image while serving customers.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, checking, and organising new stock.
• Label, iron, and scan merchandise accurately.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with stock replenishment when required.
• Ensure all garments are properly tagged and ready for retail.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail store, fitting rooms, stockroom, and other designated areas.
• Ensure the store is properly organised and ready for daily operations.
