Department Overview

The R&D department is responsible for the activities of an organization to undertake the innovation and introduction of new products and services. It is often the first stage in the development process. The goal is typically to take new products and services to market and add to the company's bottom line.

Department Functions

1. New product research and development.
2. Existing product updates.
3. Quality control checks.
4. Application lab.
5. Analytical & methods.
6. Innovation and staying ahead of trends.
