The opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Melaka. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour

Providing outstanding table service, including taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and handling any guest requests or queries

Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area, ensuring tables are set and presented to the highest standard

Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as setting up side stations and replenishing condiments

Handling cash and processing payments efficiently and accurately

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a busy dining environment

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

A flexible and adaptable approach, able to work well as part of a team or independently
