Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Assist in managing restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and support staff during shifts.
- Customer Service Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Train staff to maintain high service standards.
- Inventory and Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Staff Supervision and Training
- Guide and train new and existing employees.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Hygiene and Safety Compliance
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure staff follow food safety and health regulations.
- Facility and Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor restaurant equipment and report any issues.
- Ensure the premises remain clean, organized, and functional.
- Sales and Performance Monitoring
- Assist in tracking daily sales and performance targets.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience – Minimum 1 year in F&B or hospitality.
- Leadership Skills – Strong team supervision and problem-solving abilities.
- Stock Management – Ability to monitor inventory and assist in stock ordering.
- Flexibility – Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
