Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Daily Operations
    • Assist in managing restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
    • Supervise and support staff during shifts.
  2. Customer Service Management
    • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
    • Train staff to maintain high service standards.
  3. Inventory and Stock Control
    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
    • Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  4. Staff Supervision and Training
    • Guide and train new and existing employees.
    • Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  5. Hygiene and Safety Compliance
    • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure staff follow food safety and health regulations.
  6. Facility and Equipment Maintenance
    • Monitor restaurant equipment and report any issues.
    • Ensure the premises remain clean, organized, and functional.
  7. Sales and Performance Monitoring
    • Assist in tracking daily sales and performance targets.
    • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Experience – Minimum 1 year in F&B or hospitality.
  2. Leadership Skills – Strong team supervision and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Stock Management – Ability to monitor inventory and assist in stock ordering.
  4. Flexibility – Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
