A leading restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supervisor to oversee buffet operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service and food safety standards. This role involves training staff and managing daily reports, inventory, and purchasing tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in F&B, with a strong emphasis on leadership and hygiene.
Operations: Oversee buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown; ensure food safety and hygiene; ensure restaurant run smooth during business hours

Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor buffet staff; conduct briefings; monitor performance; address staff concerns.

Experience: 1 years in restaurant/F&B (buffet preferred). No experience is welcome too.
经验: 1年餐厅/餐饮服务经验(有自助餐经验者优先)。欢迎无经验者。
Skills: Leadership, good communication & customer service, food safety knowledge, POS proficiency.
Hygiene oriented
技能: 领导能力、良好的沟通和客户服务能力、食品安全知识、POS系统操作。注重卫生。
监督日常运营。确保食品质量。管理外籍员工、库存和清洁,并确保愉快的用餐体验。
