Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning
Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships
Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of staff
Track and report key operational metrics (sales, wastage, customer feedback) for continuous improvement.
Assist with in-store promotions, events, and seasonal menu rollouts
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
