  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Malaysian or Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Possess min SPM, Diploma, Degree in the field of Culinary Arts, Food Management, Food Science, Food Management, Food Services or other relevant courses.
  • At least 2-3 years of in charge and managing fine dining or full-service restaurant.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership in managing daily outlet operations, including team supervision, staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
  • Responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring revenue targets, and implementing initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability.
  • Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize the restaurant’s profitability.
  • Responsible for accurate handling of cash and online payments, daily sales reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with company transaction procedures
  • Monitor staff’s attendance, leave, attitude and performance.
  • Involve in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff.
  • Monitor inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and restaurant requirement.
  • Manage all restaurant and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
  • Lead restaurant team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
