Qualifications

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Restaurantleiter oder in einer ähnlichen Führungsrolle.
  • Aktuelles Wissen über Lebensmittel- und Gesundheitsvorschriften.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at EIGHT TOAST CAFE GAYA PLT' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our non-HALAL establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Managing all restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or complaints
  3. Ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
  4. Implementing and monitoring operational procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
  5. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for the team
  6. Identifying and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
  7. Collaborating with the wider management team to achieve the company's strategic goals
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  5. Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve targets
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  7. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English. Must be able to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.
