About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial oversight

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Analyse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a exceptional dining experience

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
