Job description
  • To ensure cost-effectiveness in achieving budget and growth targets.
  • Manage sales targets, including the monitoring and execution of marketing programs.
  • Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets.
  • Ensure all team members comply with the Company's Operating policies and procedures.
  • Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards in all departments, including the monitoring of food product quality, and completing all necessary departmental reports.
  • Comply with the food safety procedures according to Company health/sanitation regulations/ policies, including the execution of corrective actions when required.
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Ensure correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards on maintenance requirements. Reports and follows up on preventive maintenance plans and activities.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations (proven ability to perform all restaurant job functions)
  • Ability to train, develop and motivate a team to a common set of goals.
  • Assumes full responsibility for ensuring that multiple units operate in a manner that provides consistent day–to–day operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to recruit, interview and hire teams of employees and managers to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in the areas of operations field
  • Willing to work on Public Holiday, Shifts and Weekend
