We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Italian restaurant's daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Inventory Control: Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels meet business needs.
  5. Financial Oversight: Monitor financial transactions, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
  7. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the F&B industry, preferably in Italian cuisine.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
