A leading restaurant chain in Selangor is seeking a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee overall store management. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager performs and directs overall store management. Responsible for inventory, money control systems, food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, safety and security of the restaurant. In charge of recruiting, training and supervises the staff training program. May contact prospective customers to promote sales. Responsible for local marketing initiatives and may contact prospective customer to promote sales. Exceptional customer service and leadership quality is a major component of this position.
