• Manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned restaurant.
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; develop personal growth opportunities.
• Actively work on improvement plans to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the restaurant executes all promotion mechanics effectively and maintains well-stocked supplies throughout the promotion period.
• Ensure excellent execution of promotions.
• Conduct audit checks using restaurant checklists, provide feedback and suggestions to the restaurant in charge, and follow up.
• Work closely with the supervisor on challenges and offer encouragement or recommendations for improvement.
• Develop processes for location and individual performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in F&B / Restaurant Chain.
• Possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• Good leadership skills and ability to work independently or as a team player.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Incentives and commissions available upon confirmation.
