Dodo Korea is a fast-growing Korean fast-casual dining brand known for delivering hearty and affordable Korean meals. We are currently seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our store operations, ensure consistent guest satisfaction, and contribute to our growth in Malaysia.

We operate 3 locations in Kuala Lumpur:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including team leadership, food quality, customer service, and safety compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is results-driven, and committed to building an exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead daily store operations for efficient service
  2. Plan, assign, and adjust staff schedules as needed
  3. Manage inventory, food costs, and cash handling
  4. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
  5. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
  6. Analyze sales data to improve performance
  7. Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly
  8. Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
  9. Foster a positive work environment aligned with Dodo Korea’s values

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within QSR or fast-casual dining
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Korean is a plus
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
