We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our flagship restaurant located in the vibrant heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Bukit Bintang neighbourhood. As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bustling restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests — including tourists seeking to explore the rich flavors of Malaysia.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and lead a team of servers and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing inventory

Ensure compliance with all health & safety aspect

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Liaise with tourist tour group agents to coordinate group bookings and special dining arrangements

Propose customised menus tailored to tourist groups, highlighting traditional Malaysian dishes

Demonstrate excellent interaction skills with international guests, especially in introducing and explaining Malaysia’s diverse local cuisine

What We're Looking For

Proven track record of successful restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory control

Familiarity with local health and safety regulations

Experience working with travel or tour agencies is a plus

A passion for Malaysian cuisine and a talent for engaging international guests with cultural food storytelling

A commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to both local and international guests
