Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage FOH & BOH teams to achieve daily operational targets.
Build and maintain a strong outlet culture rooted in accountability, consistency, and service excellence.
Take initiative to identify problems, implement solutions, and prevent issues from escalating to HQ.
Analyze and optimize sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor cost, and daily operating expenses.
Prepare and present monthly outlet P&L performance; take full ownership of profitability.
Drive upselling and customer retention strategies to meet revenue goals.
Monitor daily sales, generate reports, and suggest business improvement plans.
Oversee stocktaking and inventory ordering to maintain optimal levels.
Track wastage and implement waste-reduction initiatives.
Ensure accurate entry and control of COGS and supplier invoices.
Set and maintain service standards that reflect our brand promise.
Handle customer complaints or incidents with professionalism and service recovery mindset.
Be present during peak hours to guide service and respond to guests' needs.
Maintain scheduling, payroll reporting, leave planning, and outlet paperwork.
Ensure all SOPs, food safety, and safety compliance requirements are strictly followed.
Coordinate with HQ departments (HR, Marketing, Finance) to ensure timely submissions without reminders.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of F&B leadership experience in a full-service or high-volume outlet.
Proven ability to manage full outlet P&L, cost control, and sales analytics.
Proactive leader who takes initiative and accountability without being chased for deadlines.
Strong communication and team development skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
Hands-on, solution-oriented, and customer-obsessed.
