We are hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager for Exodus F&B 3 (Sushi Hiro) in Kuala Lumpur. The position offers a salary range of MYR 4,000 to MYR 6,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and oversee the kitchen and staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness and stock levels meet company standards.
  • Maintain hygiene standards and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks promptly.
  • Lead, motivate, and train staff through regular performance appraisals.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate errands such as grocery shopping and other shop-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a restaurant.
  • Own transportation to work.
  • Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Basic cooking skills and knowledge of office applications.
