We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Quill City Mall, Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the F&B industry, excels in leadership, and is committed to delivering outstanding service.

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and cost controls
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a bonus
• Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and motivate the service and kitchen teams
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure food quality and timely service
