Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant by providing the highest level of hospitality, food quality, outlet cleanliness and people management strategy
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations in the restaurant i.e. sales, stock, people and customers
- In charge of training and recruitment process
- In charge of inventory, ordering and administration process
- Able to provide excellent customer service practices
- Able to take charge and provide solutions to customer\'s queries and complaints
