A leading company in the F&B sector, Daddy Recipe Kitchen, is seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all outlets and subsidiaries, maintaining high standards of service, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality, and proven experience in the industry.
Position Overview:
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business growth, and strategic management of Daddy Recipe Kitchen and its subsidiary brands. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, financial acumen, and the ability to drive team performance across various departments including kitchen operations, supply chain, marketing, HR, and finance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and execute strategic plans to meet company objectives and profitability targets.
Provide leadership across all subsidiaries and ensure alignment with the mother company’s vision and goals.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of outlets, central kitchens, and logistics.
Ensure high standards in food quality, hygiene, customer service, and safety.
Implement operational systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Business Development
Identify new growth opportunities (franchise, new branches, product lines).
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings and experiences.
Team & HR Management
Recruit, train, and manage department heads and key staff members.
Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and team accountability.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor P&L and take corrective action to meet profitability goals.
Marketing & Brand Management
Work closely with marketing to strengthen brand identity and digital presence.
Plan and support promotional campaigns for various brands under the group.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure full compliance with food regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in F&B or hospitality sectors.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth understanding of business functions: operations, finance, marketing, HR.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant field.
