Overview

Prawn n Pot Udang Buffet' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Crew / Staff / Waiter & Waitress to join our team in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position crucial for ensuring the smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests at our popular seafood buffet restaurant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, prompt, and attentive table service throughout the guest's meal.

• Warmly greeting and escorting guests to their tables.

• Monitoring dining areas to anticipate guest needs (e.g., refilling drinks, providing extra napkins).

• Clearing dirty plates and resetting tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart.

• Ensuring the buffet serving area is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and ice.

• Assisting the kitchen or supervisory team as needed to maintain smooth restaurant flow.

• Assisting with basic opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dining area and sweeping/mopping.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Contributing to a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
